Section 62(1) in The States Reorganisation Act, 1956
(1)Except as hereinafter provided, neither the High Court of Bombay nor the High Court at Madras shall, as from the appointed 334 day, have jurisdiction in respect of any territory transferred from the existing State of Bombay or the State of Madras, as the case may be, to the new State of Mysore.
