Section 24(7) in Puducherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973
(7)Every entry in the assessment roll published finally under sub-section (5) or sub-section (6) shall, except as provided in this Act, be final and conclusive evidence of -(a)the matters referred to therein;(b)the nature of the interest of the person named therein; and(c)the apportionment of the amount among the persons claiming interest thereto.
