Section 1 in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [the Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003] [Substituted for 'the Kachchh University Act, 2003' by Gujarat 2 of 2004, dated 27th February 2004].(2)This section shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions and any reference in any such provision to the date of the commencement of this Act shall be construed as the reference to the date of coming into force of that provision.
