30. [ Construction of reference to laws not in force before 1st April, 1951 in Part B States. [Inserted by the Public Debt (Amendment) Act, 1956 (57 of 1956), Section 14 (15-10-1956)]
- Any reference in this Act to any law which did not extend to any Part B State or any part of such State before the commencement of the Part B States (Laws) Act, 1951 (3 of 1951), shall wherever necessary, be construed as including a reference to the corresponding law, if any, in force in that State, or, as the case may be, any part thereof, before the said date.]
