Section 4 in The Institutes Of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2002
4. Amendment of section 4.-
In section 4 of the principal Act, after sub- section (1B), the following sub- section shall be inserted, namely:-" (IC) The University of Roorkee, Roorkee shall, on such incorporation, be called the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.".
