(6)The Selection Committee shall furnish a panel of not more than three names arranges in the order of merit in respect of each post. While recommending the panel of names for more than one post in the same category, the Selection Committee shall rank all the names in one panel. The Selection Committee may recommend, for specific reasons, a higher starting salary in the scale of pay for any of the candidates included in the panel, for consideration by the appointing authority.
