Section 24(2) in The Orissa Motor Transport Workers' Rules, 1966
(2)Where washing of uniforms provided under Sub-rule (1) is not arranged by the employer, the staff concerned shall be entitled to a washing allowance at the rate of Rs. 2 each per month.
