Section 174(d) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(d)formulate proposals as to -(i)the existing or future sewage disposal requirements of the Municipal area;(ii)the existing or future sewage disposal requirements in the Municipal area including proposals for the manner in which and the place or places at which such sewage should be carried, treated and disposed of.
