Section 29(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1971
(1)If no objections are received under sub-section (1) of section 28 or within thirty days of the publication of the amended draft scheme published under sub-section (2) of section 28, as the case may be, the Settlement Officer (Consolidation) shall confirm the scheme submitted by the Consolidation Officer.
