CM No.3770-CI of 2017 For the reasons set out in the application, the delay of 250 days that has occurred in re-filing the accompanying appeal is condoned.

CM No.3771-CI of 2017 This is an application for condonation of delay of 85 days in filing the accompanying appeal.

Notice in the application.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

For the reasons set out in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Consequently, the delay of 85 days in filing the accompanying appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, legal representatives of late Raghubir Singh (Petitioner No.1), Nand Rani (Petitioner No.2) and Swaran Kaur (Petitioner No.10) who are stated to have died, as depicted in the application are brought on record for the purpose of pursuing the present appeal only.

CM stands disposed of.

CM No.3773-CI of 2017 Allowed as prayed for.

RFA-1484-2017 Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgement dated 02.03.2017, rendered in RFA No.6232 of 2015 (Diljit Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana through Secretary Urban Estate, Chandigarh and others) and other connected matters, vide which the compensation awarded to the claimants- landowners was enhanced by this Court. Thus, it is submitted that the present appeal too be disposed of in terms of the said decision.

Ordered accordingly.
