Section 14(1) in Khasi Hills Autonomous District (Appointment and Succession of Syiem, Deputy Syiem, Electors and Rangbah Shnong of Mylliem Syiemship) Act, 2007
(1)If any party (ies) is aggrieved of any order passed by the Syiem/Acting Syiem and Executive Durbar regarding any matter connected with the post of Basan, Myntri, Lyngdoh, the Syiem Raid, the Lyngdoh Raid or Longsan, the aggrieved party (ies) shall within thirty days from the date of such order, refer the dispute by a petition, to the Syiem/Acting Syiem and Executive Durbar on payment of prescribed fee, for decision.
