(3)Provided that the District Judge may re-transfer to the Court of [Senior Civil Judge] [Substituted 'Civil Judge (Senior Division)' by Rajasthan Act No. 15 of 2014] or the [Civil Judge] [Substituted 'Civil Judge (Junior Division)' by Rajasthan Act No. 15 of 2014] or his successor any proceedings transferred under sub-section (1) to his own or any other Court.
