Section 108 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998
108. General provision of punishment of offence.
- Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or of any rule or bye-laws made thereunder shall, if no other penalty is provided for such contravention elsewhere in this Act or in the rules or bye-laws, be punishable with fine which may extent to two thousand rupees.
