43. Washing facilities.
(1)In every establishment adequate suitable facilities for washing shall be provided and maintained for the use of migrant workmen employed therein.(2)Separate and adequate screening facilities shall be provided for the use of male and female migrant workmen.(3)Such facilities shall be conveniently accessible and shall be kept in clean and hygienic condition.
