Section 84(1) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984
(1)Where the dispute has been referred to the Registrar or his nominee or the board of nominees under Section 97, the Registrar may require the party or parties to the dispute to deposit such sum as may, in his opinion, be necessary to meet the expenses including payment of fees to the Registrar or his nominee or the board of nominees.
