Section 23(1) in The Punjab Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions (Banks) Act, 1978
(1)The State Government may make rules to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act and all such rules shall be published in the Official Gazette.
