1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.16,17 & 20 are present.
3. As per the noting of the Registry, the appellant is directed to take steps for substitution of the LRs of the deceased respondent No.14,15 & 19.
4. It appears that, a memo has been filed by the appellants praying for deleting the name of the deceased appellant No.2, as his LRs are already in the record.
Page 1 of 2.5. Therefore, the Registry is directed to make an endorsement against the name of appellant No.2 as dead in the red ink.
6. The noting given by the Registry for non-filing of the certified copy of the learned Trial Court Judgment and Decree by the appellant is expunged, as the Judgment and Decree of the learned Trial Court is in the LCRs.
7. Interim order which was passed earlier, the same shall continue till the next date.
8. List this matter on 13.01.2026.
