Section 8(2) in Chhattisgarh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 2007
(2)State Government may with prior concurrence of the Central Government, by a general or special order, exempt any variety of paddy or rice from any or all provisions of this order, and may at any time revoke or cancel such exemption.
