Section 27 in Gujarat Panchayats (Amendment) Act, 1966
27. Amendment of section 324 of Guj. VI of 1962.- In section 324 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), after clause (xiii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(xiv) for the regulation of any matter specified in Schedule I by the issue of licences or permits or in any other manner.".
