Section 223 in The Bihar Municipal Act, 2007

223. Solid wastes to be property of Municipality.

- All solid wastes deposited in public receptacles, depots and places provided or appointed under Section 224 and all solid wastes collected by the municipal employees or contractors or any other agency authorized in this behalf shall be the property of the Municipality.
