Section 20 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
20. Officers and employees to be subordinate to the General Manager. -
(1)All officers and employees of the Authority shall be subordinate to the General Manager.(2)Any officer or employee aggrieved by an order or decision of the General Manager or any other officer authorised by the General Manager in this behalf inflicting punishment on him may appeal to the Board and the decision of the Board thereon shall be final.
