Thakur This ROM has been filed by the appellant on the grounds that on 29.11.2013 appeal numbers E/1263/2007 to E/1268/2007 were listed at serial number 28 of the cause list but these numbers were not mentioned in the preamble of the order dated 29.11.2013. Shri Govind Jha (AR) appearing on behalf of the Revenue confirmed that the said appeals were listed for hearing and suitable orders passed by the Bench on 29.11.2013. On verification of the case records Bench finds it so. Accordingly, in the preamble of the order dated 29.11.2013 instead of Appeals No. E/1218-1223/2007 the words E/1218-1223/2007 and E/1263/2007 to E/1268/2007 may be read.
