CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KAILASH PRASAD DEO

-------

For the Petitioner : Mr. Sachin Kumar, Advocate For the Respondents-State :

--------
The matter is being taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties have no objection with it and submitted that audio and video qualities are good.
Order No.06/Dated: 01st November, 2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for two weeks' time to remove the surviving defects as per office note dated 18.10.2022.
It appears from the order dated 19.04.2022 that this Court has granted two weeks' time for removing the surviving defects, but the same has not been removed as yet.
The surviving defects are as follows:-
Defect No.2 - Page 23, 27 and 29 to 31 are not fairly legible. T/c may be given.
Defect No.3 - Page 53 in faint. Fresh copy or T/c may be given. Defect No.4 - Retainership of Ld. Advocate may be verified who received the copy of petition on behalf of respondent no.3 or copy may be served to the proper Ld. Counsel.
Considering the same, two weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the surviving defects, failing which, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
Put up this case on 23.11.2022 under the appropriate heading, if writ petition survives.
