Section 28(1) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959
(1)The employer of every beedi industrial premises wherein not less than 250 employees are ordinarily employed shall provide in or near the beedi industrial premises a canteen.
