Section 57(1)(b) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965

(b)to make arrangements for constituting the Senate, the Syndicate, and other authorities of the University, within six months after the date of this appointment or such longer period not exceeding [two years] [These words were and were deemed always to have been substituted for the words 'One year' by Gujarat 11 of 1968, Section 6.] as the State Government may, be notification in the Official Gazette, direct.
