Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.20.7.07 with the CPIO, RCF, Kapurthala. He stated that he had been promoted as Sr.Section Engineer w.e.f 30.8.06 as per directions of the Hon'ble CAT, Chandigarh. According to him the orders of CAT have not been implemented in 'ToTo' by RCF Administration. In this context, he requested all documents pertaining to his case including complete notings after 30.8.06 till date. The CPIO replied on 5.10.07 enclosing the desired information. Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed an appeal dt.10.10.07 stating that except for S.No.7 of CPIO's reply dt.5.10.07 all documents were prior to 30.8.06 which are neither relevant nor demanded by him and reiterated his request for information. On not receiving any reply, he filed a complaint dt.25.8.08 before the CIC.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for June 15, 2009.
3. Mr. Gurjit Singh, Sr. PRO cum CPIO and Mr. Janar Singh Nirmal, SPO represented the Public Authority.
4. The Applicant was not present during the hearing.
Decision
5. The Respondent submitted that all the information was supplied on 9.6.09 and he presented to the Commission a receipt given by the Appellant dated 9.6.09 to this effect. Since all the information has been provided and the Appellant is satisfied, the case is closed.
