Section 16(2) in The Manipur Hill Areas Autonomous District Council Act, 2000
(2)The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of the District Council shall be the Ex-officio Chairman and Vice-Chairman respectively of the Executive Committee and Executive Members shall be nominated by the Chairman from amongst the Members of the District Council.
