2. On the previous date, it was represented by learned Deputy Advocate General that perhaps the trial in the court below in this matter is at an advanced stage. However, learned counsel representing the petitioner has sought adjournment on that day. It is submitted that despite efforts made the petitioner was not available to impart instructions in the matter.
