(1)The promotion to the different grades in the service shall be given on the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee constituted by the State Government.(2)The minimum qualifying service i.e. "Kalawadhi", for such promotions shall be as determined by the Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department from time to time.
