Section 12(1) in M.P. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009
(1)In case the Tribunal receives a report from the Conciliation Officer under sub-rule (2) of Rule 11, along with memorandum of settlement it shall give notice to both parties to appear before it on a date to be specified in the notice and confirm the settlement.
