In the Arms Act, 1959 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, after clause (e), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—'(ea) "licence" means a licence issued in accordance with the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder and includes a licence issued in the electronic form;'.
