13. Filling up of casual vacancy.
- If a casual vacancy arises in the office of a nominated or appointed Member, either by reason of his death, resignation, removal or otherwise, such vacancy shall be filled up by the Government by nomination or appointment as the case may be and such Member shall hold office only for the remainder of the term of the Member in whose place he was nominated or appointed.
