Section 34(2) in United Bank of India (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995
(2)The family of a deceased employee governed by the provisions contained in sub-regulation (7) of regulation 3 shall be eligible for pension or family pension as the case may be, with effect from the 1stday of November, 1993.
