Section 428(1)(a) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956

(a)with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees and in the case of a continuing breach with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for each day during which the breach continues after conviction for the first breach; or
