(1)Appointment for the first time to the cadres shall be made from amongst the officers who on 25th April, 1969 were holding the posts of:-(i)Secretary or temporary or officiating Karya Adhikari in the case of Karya Adhikari;(ii)Engineer or temporary or officiating Abhiyanta, in the case of Abhiyanta;(iii)Tax Officer or temporary or officiating Kar Adhikari in the case of Kar Adhikari;(iv)Medical Officer or temporary or officiating Chikitsa Adhikari in the case of Chikitsa Adhikari.
