Section 41(2)(d) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987

(d)Notwithstanding anything contained in clauses (a) to (c) of Paragraph 41 (2) employees shall subscribe monthly to the Fund, such portions of the Dearness Allowance as may from time to time be directed by the Vice-Chancellor in this behalf. No contribution shall be payable by the Vishwavidyalaya on account of such subscription.
