Section 2(3)(a) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH GOVERNMENT MEDICAL AND DENTAL INSTITUTIONS (COVERSION INTO SEMI-AUTONOMOUS INSTITUTIONS) (REPEAL) ACT, 2018

(a)the control and management of the following institutions comprising Medical Colleges and its attached Hospitals shall stand transferred to and vest in the Government and they shall function under the Government and continue as affiliated to Dr.N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada :-
