The University shall consist of the following Officers, namely:-

(1)The Chancellor,

(2)The Pro-Chancellor,

(3)The Vice-Chancellor,

(4)The Dean of Faculties,

(5)The Registrar,

(6)The Finance Officer, and

(7)Such other persons as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the University.
