1. It is contended that there are matters pending before the Division Bench which raise identical issues. Having regard to the fact that in a similar matter another Single Judge of this Court has rendered final judgments which, I am told, have not been stayed, I am inclined to stay the operation of the list of disqualified Directors insofar as the petitioners are concerned. Furthermore, the respondents will also activate the DIN and DSC of the petitioners.
