Section 1 in Sikkim Nationalised Transport (Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules 1983
1. Short title & commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Sikkim Nationalised Transport (Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules 1983.(2)They shall come into force from the, date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
