It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that order dated 31.10.2008 challenged in this LPA had been subjected to an application for review which has been dismissed on 29.4.2010. If that be so, the order passed in the review application should also have been challenged in the present LPA along with order dated 31.10.2008. The same having not been done, we do not entertain this LPA and dismiss it with liberty to the appellant to file an appeal in the appropriate manner challenging both the orders.
