Section 5(i) in The U.P. Private Forests Rules, 1950
(i)A register showing the quantity and class of forest produce removed by the right-holders from each felling coupe shall be prepared and maintained by the landlord in a form approved for the purpose by the Conservator. Such register shall be produced for inspection on demand by the Divisional Forest Officer. The Divisional Forest Officer shall make his inspection at least once in six months.
