Section 13(1) in The Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 2005

(1)The Certificate of Origin issued under sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 10 and under sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 11 shall be valid only in respect of the consignment of tea to be exported.
