Section 2(2) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Purchase Obligation, its Compliance and REC Framework Implementation) Regulations, 2010
2.2The words and expressions used and not defined in these regulations but defined in the Act shall have meanings assigned to them in the Act. Expression used herein but not specifically defined in these Regulations or in the Act but defined in any other regulations issued by the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission shall have the same meaning assigned to them.
