50F. Legal proceedings.
- Where immediately before the commencement of the Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (Amendment) Act, 1998, the Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology was a party to any legal proceedings with respect to any property, rights or liabilities, the University of concerned Division which succeeds to acquire a share in that property or those rights or liabilities by virtue of this Act shall be deemed to be substituted as a party to those proceedings and the proceedings may continue accordingly."] [Substituted by Act No. VIII of 1998 w.e.f. 20-9-1999.]
