Section 29(1) in The National Oilseeds And Vegetable Oils Development Board Rules, 1984
(1)The Board shall maintain accounts of all receipts and expenditure relating to each year and maintain records annually of the receipts and payment account and income and expenditure account and a Balance Sheet in Form 'A', Form 'B' and Form 'C' respectively. These accounts shall be approved by the Board and submitted to Auditors.
