(1)The balance sheet prepared in accordance with the provisions of section 24 shall be filed with by the Registrar within a period of three months from the expiry of period with reference to which it is prepared.(2)Receipt and expenditure account and statement showing the assets and liabilities of the individual chit group be filed in the Form XXI with the Registrar within a period of two months from the termination of the chit when the duration of the chit does not exceed one year and when the duration of chit exceed one year on expiry period of twelve month and also on the termination of the chit.
