Section 30(1) in Atomic Minerals Concession Rules, 2016
(1)Every owner, agent or manager of a mine shall permit researchers or students of mining, geological and mineral processing institutions approved by the Department or the Central Government to conduct research or acquire practical training of the mines and plants operated by them and provide all necessary facilities required for the training of such students.
