(2)The Inspector shall, for the goods seized by him under sub-section (2) of Section 10, issue a seizure memo in Form G to the person from whom such goods have been seized and when such goods are returned to the person concerned shall detain a deliver)' memo from the said person with his acknowledgment in Part B of Form G.
