Section 521(4) in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
(4)It shall be in the discretion of the Commissioner -(a)to grant any license referred to in sub-section (1) to such restrictions or conditions, if any, as he shall think fit to impose, or(b)to withhold any such licence.
